QC & Return Policy
Cameo Line has been proudly serving the promotional products industry since the 1980’s we are proud with excellent track record of providing quality decorated merchandise for decades – if you or your customer encounters a quality issue with and order, please reach out to customer service so we can make it right for you!
However, we do need to set some rules and expectation so we can all be on the same page!
- Basic product features, style and/ or color shades are subject to slight changes - due to variance in style/color on all imported items, exact style/color match is not guaranteed.
- Decorated products are hand-printed; exact location, shade or impression of logo print may slightly vary even within same shipment.
- Since all products are custom printed, it is understood no returns will be accepted without prior authorization from factory, again if any issues arise on final delivery please contact office for additional help.
- Ballpoint pens shelf life are 12 months
- The factory is not responsible for delays caused by a carrier, natural causes or government agency.
- Decorated orders cannot be cancelled, refused and/or returned once approved.
- Buyer agrees to no return policy without authorization of factory, all claims must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Our standard test methods for measuring adhesion of the ink is by TAPE TEST 1, which is issued under the fixed designation D3359. We are not liable for any destructive test by fingernails or hard materials scratching the art off.
Drinkware
- Due to the curvature of the drinkware surface, circles and squares may distort when printed.
- Hand Wash Only. The high temperature and pressure of the dishwasher machine may damage the imprint.
